World Meteorological Organization (WMO)
In the framework of the WMO Integrated Processing and Prediction System (WIPPS) the Hydrometcentre of Russia maintains its international commitments as:
- World Meteorological Centre "Moscow" (WMC Moscow);
- WMO Designated Centre (WIPPS-DC) "Moscow" for limited area deterministic short-range numerical weather prediction (RSMC Moscow);
- Global Producing Centre "Moscow" (GPC Moscow).

The North EurAsia Climate Centre (NEACC)
The NEACC was established by the Intergovernmental Council for Hydrometeorology of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) at its 18th Session held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, 4-5 April 2007, with the aim to provide regional climate-related services to CIS countries.
In the WMO Regional Association VI (Europe) NEACC works as one of Long-Range Forecast nodes of the RA-VI Regional Climate Centre Network.
In the WMO Regional Association II (Asia) NEACC works as a Multifunctional Regional Climate Center.
